Safety Inspections & Testing

  • Propane Leak Test

    • Detects potential gas leaks to prevent fire hazards.

    • Uses a manometer to check for pressure loss in the system.

  • Propane Pressure Test

    • Ensures appliances receive the correct gas flow.

    • Tests both static and working pressure for efficiency and safety.

  • Inspect Smoke, Carbon Monoxide, and Propane Detectors

    • Functionality is checked using the test button.

    • Batteries are inspected and replaced if needed.

    • Expired or faulty detectors are replaced to ensure safety.


      Appliance & System Checks

      • Test All Appliances

        • Includes refrigerator, stove, oven, furnace, water heater, and other propane or electrical appliances.

        • Ensures all appliances light properly and run efficiently.

      • De-winterize & Water System Check

        • Flushing antifreeze from the system.

        • Pressurizing and inspecting all faucets, water pumps, and water lines for leaks.

      • Test Batteries & Electrical System

        • Inspect charge levels and overall battery health.

        • Hydrometer check for battery cells.

        • Terminals cleaned to prevent corrosion.

        • Fluids topped up in lead-acid batteries and full charging completed.

      • Test Exterior Lights

          Tires, Brakes & Suspension Maintenance

          • Wheel Bearing Repack

            • Bearings cleaned, inspected, and repacked with fresh grease.

          • Test Breakaway Switch
